Any book entitled “Road Rules” would make an insatiable traveler like me curious. But when you consider that it’s written by Andrew Sherman, an old friend who authored 17 additional books (I’m not quite sure when Andrew sleeps, just read his bio and you’ll know what I mean) and I must sing its praises to the world!
