Sector-specific support & mastermind cohorts for
nonprofit, business and government changemakers 

“I’m grasping for perspective,” a client recently shared, capturing what so many are feeling.  In this time of seismic disruption, leaders are called to address increasingly urgent mission needs, drastic losses and impossible trade-offs, while navigating personal upheaval and complex emotions. No one should have to do this alone.   

In recognition that community support, resilience tools, and strategic action are equally critical right now, Leadership Insight Circles offer leaders: 

• Skillful thought partnership, facilitation and coaching with Margarita Rozenfeld, Incite CEO with 23 years of organization and leadership development experience (https://www.inciteinternational.com/about/who-we-are/) 
• Practical, solution-focused masterminding with innovative, strategic, like-minded changemakers; and
• Safe, supportive space to share, process, and re-center in a compassionate, values-centered community.

Structure: Each participant will benefit from 3 virtually facilitated 90-minute group sessions and one individual executive coaching session with Margarita. Cohorts are organized by sector, allowing participants to tap into the collective wisdom of leaders facing similar contexts and experiences.

* This series, valued at $3,500, is being offered pro-bono in the Summer of 2025 to nonprofit (s)heros to support them in these difficult times.
