Leadership Insight Circles
Support & mastermind cohorts for
leaders & changemakers
“I’m grasping for perspective,” a client recently shared, capturing what so many are feeling. In this time of seismic disruption, leaders are called to address increasingly urgent mission needs, drastic losses and impossible trade-offs, while navigating personal upheaval and complex emotions. No one should have to do this alone.
In recognition that community support, resilience tools, and strategic action are equally critical right now, Leadership Insight Circles offer leaders:
- Skillful thought partnership, facilitation and coaching with Margarita Rozenfeld, Incite CEO with 23 years of organization and leadership development experience (https://www.inciteinternational.com/about/who-we-are/)
- Practical, solution-focused masterminding with innovative, strategic, like-minded changemakers; and
- Safe, supportive space to share, process, and re-center in a compassionate, values-centered community.
- Participants have said:
- “Renewed sense of direction and purpose”
- “Feeling more hopeful and optimistic about the future”
- “New energy that was refreshing and filled my well”
Structure: Each participant will benefit from 5 virtually facilitated 90-minute group sessions and 2 individual coaching session with Margarita. Cohorts are organized by sector, allowing participants to tap into the collective wisdom of leaders facing similar contexts and experiences.
“As leaders, we rarely get the opportunity to step back, reflect, and exchange candid feedback with peers. This experience created that space—fostering fresh ideas, meaningful dialogue, and actionable insights.”
Investment: $2,500 – $5,000 sliding scale, based on organizational budget, January – March 2026. The sliding scale ensures this work is accessible while honoring the depth and personalization of the experience.
“This experience is a rare invitation to pause, reflect, and realign. It offers a grounded space to be honest about what leadership is costing you—and what is still calling you toward. The facilitation is thoughtful, the community is rich, and the insights stay with you long after the sessions end”.
