2008 Spring Newsletter

Dear colleagues, clients and friends,
2008 has been an amazing year so far and it’s definitely time to update you on some of the exciting happenings at Incite International (Incite what, you might ask – well, keep reading!) Here are some of the recent highlights:

  • Finished 2007 by winning the Greater Washington Board of Trade One to Watch Award!
  • The most radical transformation, of course, has been to the brand, visual identity and structure the company from “of Essence” to Incite International after seven successful years. Read below for details on the what, why and who. And, visit our new website www.inciteinternational.com!
  • Looking forward to another spectacular Visioning Retreat June 20-22 (it was sold out in the previous three years – we hope you join us this summer!) See the calendar below for other fantastic learning and connection opportunities.

Incite International Re-brand

In case it’s your first time seeing the new name, logo and/or visual identity, thanks for taking a moment to get reacquainted! After seven years in business, it’s time for any business (and individual) to re-ask “who am I” and “what’s mine to do in the world?” After all, we’ve been helping others do the same for almost a decade – it seemed only just that we follow what we preach. It was high time to revamp, revitalize and transform the company image to better reflect and express our true identity. Here’s a brief overview of what has and hasn’t changed since the “renovation”.

  • Name, logo&entire visual identity (obviously ;)
  • Articulated specialization in organizational, team&leadership development
  • Focus on supporting organizations that are international, multicultural and/or socially responsible
  • Brand new website&blog “Leadership Incites” that includes a podcast with interviews with renowned CEOs, authors&thought leaders
  • Structure change from Margarita as the brand to Incite International as the brand with Margarita Rozenfeld as the CEO. Projects are staffed by Incite senior consultants in their respective areas of expertise, as projects demand
