Who We Are:
Incite International facilitates creative, insight-full learning experiences for organizations who seek to connect and align their vision, culture and people. In particular, we are passionate about working with clients who are multi-cultural, multi-generational and socially responsible.
How does a company encapsulate its essence, energy and reason for existence in a few simple words and graphics? No easy task, even for people who are rarely at a loss for words… in any of the languages we speak. This page is our opportunity to tell you a little more about who we are (vs. what we do, which you can find on another page), what we believe and what makes us different.

Our name – Incite International - perfectly encapsulates the energy we bring to our work. Both internally and with clients, we believe in progressive visioning and thinking; forward motion; provocative questions that challenge status quo; and unconditional encouragement and support - a soft landing for you to make bold, courageous leaps.

Our tagline – insights from off-sites – captures the essence of our mission as well as the processes and methodology we employ to bring about insights and desired outcomes for our clients. Our intent is to move clients out of status quo that no longer serves you and into a more innovative, productive and collaborative ways of being and working. We don’t define off-site in physical or geographic terms, although we do encourage a change of environment when possible, but as:

Have you heard that old parable? Give a man a fish and you’ll feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you’ll feed him for a lifetime. We truly believe that unless clients are “taught to fish”, all the hard work and resources you invested in the process cannot be sustainable. We are fiercely committed to only using the methods, tools and structures that will foster self-sufficiency for our clients. In fact, we go out of our way to find partners, employees and clients who share our passion for sustainable results!

We are passionate about making a (sustainable!) difference through our work, community involvement and supporting clients who are also doing good things in the world!
